ReproducibiliTea – A manifesto for reproducible science

During ReproducibiliTea meetings we examine topics related to reproducibility, open science, research quality, and good/bad research practices. ReproducibiliTea started in 2018 at the University of Oxford, and has now spread to 140 institutions in 27 different countries. There currently are ReproducibiliTea journal club meetings organized at 7 different universities in the Netherlands. For more information please check: https://reproducibilitea.org/. Join our next Maastricht ReproducibiliTea (zoom) meeting on Tuesday 9th of November from 11.00-12.00!

How can we use open science to improve the reliability and efficiency of scientific research? During this ReproducibiliTea meeting we will discuss what the main problems are and which measures can be used to optimize the key elements of the scientific process. We will discuss what we can do to increase the adoption of these measures of open science at UM.

The programme is as follows:
– 11.00 – Introduction to ReproducibiliTea and the OSCM
– 11.05 – Short presentation to summarize the article
– 11.20 – Discussion
– 11.50 – Closing statement
