I work as a researcher at the university and Maastro Clinic, a radiotherapy center affiliated with the University hospital located in Maastricht. I do interdisciplinary research on the boundary between IT and health care. Open science, in particular open (and FAIR) data, is an important aspect of my research as we have to safeguard the privacy of patients while learning from the data they provide us with.
