Konrad Kollnig is Assistant Professor at the Law & Tech Lab of Maastricht University’s Law Faculty, and Associate Researcher at the Open Data Institute. In his research, Konrad Kollnig has regularly published (legal) research data and code in an open manner. For example, he is co-leading the CoCoDa research project that seeks to develop techno-legal methods to gain access to data held by large online platforms. In addition, he is the creator of TrackerControl, an Android privacy app with over 200,000 downloads. The app exposes hidden data flows from apps to companies and is available in 23 languages thanks to the help of the TrackerControl community. Konrad holds a PhD and MSc in Computer Science from the University of Oxford, and a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from RWTH Aachen.
